Adonai Chimney Sweeps is a family owned and operated business serving residential and commercial clients throughout the tri-state area.
In the spring of 1982, after having a chimney fire, owner Don Holocher was concerned about safety and went looking for answers as to the cause of chimney fires and how to prevent them. He spoke with a friend in the chimney sweeping business, Rob Sauer, who owned Tri-State Chimney Sweeps, who had just been going out of the business due to an injury. He encouraged Don to become a chimney sweep as he thought it would be a great opportunity. That spring, H&H Chimney Cleaning began and few short years later was renamed to what is currently known as Adonai Chimney Sweeps.
Throughout the following years Don gained experience and expertise through hands-on work and education from attending several National Conventions and Seminars, receiving several certifications. Don served one term as a Regional Director of the Pennsylvania Professional Sweeps Guild. Over the years, Don has been called to testify as an expert witness in court, as well as being hired by inspection and insurance companies as an expect consultant. He has worked on several of the area’s oldest and most historic homes, including Slateford Farms, which was William Penn’s residence.
By abiding by our motto “Safety First” and consistently giving customers expert service and advice, we have worked very hard at earning customer’s trust in becoming the area’s premier Chimney Sweeping service.
